How to pay for your reservation and monthly rent?
Both your reservation and monthly rent are processed clearly and securely via bank transfer. This is the most transparent method to ensure you always have an official bank receipt and that everything proceeds without surprises. As soon as your reservation request is validated, we will send you all the necessary details (IBAN and SWIFT/BIC). This allows you to complete the payment with total peace of mind, whether you are in Portugal or anywhere else in the world.
Are there any costs for welcome kits?
No, our welcome kits — which include bed linen, towels, and kitchen utensils — come at no cost to you. They are part of the BeSmart experience and are property of the residence, so you can arrive and start your new chapter without spending a single Euro on quality basics.
We believe in a circular (sharing) economy: you enjoy everything with the utmost care and, at the end of your stay, you return the kits so they can be used by the next resident. It’s a smart and sustainable way to live, where your responsibility for proper use ensures that everyone has access to the best comfort.
How does our community living work?

What if I need to leave before the end of the contract term?
It is perfectly possible, provided that the termination conditions and notice periods set out in your contract are respected. At BeSmart, we believe in transparent relationships; that’s why we always recommend a careful reading of the document before signing.
